Brad Ball, President and CEO
Brad is a co-founder of LoyaltyMatch, and has over 20 years international experience as member of senior leadership teams with Hewlett-Packard, Kraft Foods, Gemini Networks (a member of the Galileo/Apollo Global Travel Distribution System) and Open Text, where Brad was focused on sales, marketing and service strategies and execution. In 1999, Brad co-founded and was Chief Marketing Officer for IntellectMarket Inc., a collaboration software company located in Santa Rosa, CA. IntellectMarket was sold to CollabNet in 2001. With 1.2 million users, CollabNet is the industry's most widely used collaborative platform for software development. Brad is also an advisor to AideRSS, an early stage blogging software company and advised solar energy company Arise Technologies (APV-TSXV). Brad earned his MBA from McMaster University.

David Howatson, Director of Business Development
David is focused on partnerships and alliances. David has over 12 years of partnership and marketing experience with a number of global technology, professional and financial services organizations. He was a member of the Manulife Financial IPO team, the Bank of Montreal, PwC and Open Text Corporation where he was an integral part of the global Microsoft partnership team. David is a graduate of Sheridan College.

Bill Warelis, Director of Corporate Communications
Bill has more than 25 years of global corporate and marketing communications experience gained during stints at agencies and corporate offices in London, NYC and Toronto. He has worked with a stellar list of clients including Avis Budget Group, Wyndham Worldwide, Travelport, Mexico Secretariat of Tourism, Jamaica Tourist Board, The McGraw-Hill Companies and ICI Plc.

Mike Ball, CTO and Chief Architect
Mike has over 22 years experience building and leading high technology development companies. Mike was one of the architects of Bell Sympatico and Advantage Business Internet Solutions, served as VP Technology for SpiderTop Rich Media Internet Corporation, and is an accomplished game developer and author. He is a computer science graduate of Confederation College and a member of OACETT.

Jennifer Buck, Senior Technical Lead
Jennifer has over 13 years of IT experience as a designer, programmer and database administrator. She has been instrumental in building several world-class applications in both the private and public sectors.
Her experience is diverse, ranging from developing and supporting large high-availability information systems to creating online stores for small businesses.
Jennifer earned her BA(Honours) in Computer Science and English at Queen's University. She completed her MSc. in Systems Science at the University of Ottawa.

Terry Todd, Infrastructure Engineer
Terry has been involved for over 16 years in positions in the public and private sector. He has been involved in software development in large and small organizations, including several start-ups.
In his experience as a software engineer, Terry has designed and implemented many software systems. For example, he has been involved in the design and development of a distributed automated build system, a network management system, a trouble management system, and many web based applications.
Terry grew up on a ranch in east central Alberta and received a Math/Computer Science degree from the University of Victoria in 1989.

André LeBlanc, Database Administrator
André has over 15 years of experience in designing and administring
high-availability databases. As the lead DBA, he has been instrumental in
building several award-winning applications within the public sector. His
experience is diverse, ranging from developing and supporting very large
mission-critical applications, to teaching database and SQL skills in formal
and informal settings. André hails from New Brunswick, where he earned his
BA(Honours) in Computer Sciences in his home-town University of Moncton.

Patrick Hofmann, User Experience Architect
Since 1993, Patrick has been making products easier to use -- by focusing on visual strategies that improve product usability and international appeal. From removing the clutter in countless digital interfaces, to advancing the standards of wordless instructions, Patrick loves evaluating and designing easy-to-use information products. He also runs his own user experience company called designpH working for clients like Google, HP, Nokia, Motorola, Logitech, RIM, and Netgear.

Brent is currently Vice-President, Consumer and SMB Marketing, McAfee Inc., located in Santa Clara, CA. Brent oversees McAfee's worldwide and US segment marketing, product marketing, retail marketing, partner marketing and strategy and planning and also leads the company's consumer and SMB and demand generation. Brent has more than 17 years of marketing, strategy and profit/loss experience across the consumer, SMB and enterprise segments and is a leading authority on strategic marketing. Brent was formerly Vice-President, Consumer and Business Marketing, Palm Inc. and spent 12 years with Hewlett-Packard. He holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree with Distinction in Marketing/Finance and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.

Steven Harrison, Advisor
Steven is currently President, Zero Link Markets, Inc. located in Santa Rosa, CA. Steven has over 20 years in financial and operations management experience in industries from industrial manufacturing to software development. In 1999, he co-founded IntellectMarket, a software company that was sold to CollabNet in 2001. He then became Chief Financial Officer of TriVascular, Inc., which sold to Boston Scientific in April 2005. Steven recently founded Zero Link Markets which targets direct to consumer and direct to trade wine sales via VinoShipper.com. Throughout the last ten years Steven has been an advisor to several early stage businesses including Think Tank Photo, 9mm Books, and RedCondor.

Simon Hartley, Advisor
Simon is currently a Sales Executive, Virtualization and Open Source for Unisys and is located in Dallas, TX. Simon works directly with some of the world's top ten Internet and travel companies and Wall Street banks. His career has included manager at a leveraged hedge fund, partner at Nexgenix, and management consulting roles at Red Hat, HP, Cap Gemini and Sema Group in Europe and North America.

Ross Goodwin, Advisor
Ross is currently the VP, Operations for the Bennett Valley Group located in Santa Rosa, CA. As a member of the advisory board, he provides counsel and guidance in the disciplines of customer loyalty and total customer experience. He is a 26-year veteran of Hewlett-Packard Company in marketing management and internal consulting to executives. He was formerly Hewlett-Packard's Corporate Manager of Customer Loyalty. Ross earned his MBA from Berkley.
